Mojo Jojo creates the ultimate weapons against the Powerpuff Girls. They're Brick, Boomer, and Butch: The Rowdyruff Boys, male equivalents. When regular fighting doesn't work against the Boys, the Girls have to use their feminine wiles to seal a victory.

Worried about the Girls' safety, the Professor creates Powerpuff Dynamo, a state-of-the-art giant robot, to help them in battle. When a dynamite duel breaks out between Dynamo and a Giant Fish Balloon Monster, a parody of Godzilla or Gamera, Little Tokyo, Townsville is the stage of an explosive battle.

The Powerpuff Girls save the day before and after their bedtime, and by the time they're at school they always sleep in class. Annoyed by this Ms. Keane talks to the Professor and he gives them a curfew.

The Amoeba Boys' ill-conceived plan to stand in front of the "Keep off the Grass" sign at Townsville Park all night in the rain leaves them with a terrible virus. When they infect the Townsville population, it's up to the Girls to find the antidote.

The Ganggreen Gang gets hold of the Mayor's hotline to the Powerpuff Girls and makes prank calls, sending the Girls on a wild goose chase all over town. However, when it's the notorious villain's Mojo Jojo, Fuzzy, and Him that the gang disturbs, they learn the price of making prank calls.

It's career day at Pokey Oaks and the Professor comes with a time machine and explains how he got into science and created the Powerpuff Girls.

Microscopic rain creatures eat away at Townsville.

The heinous Him toys with Bubbles' mind by speaking to her through Octi, her favorite stuffed animal. Following Octi/Him's instructions, Bubbles provokes a fight between her sisters that prompts the Professor to issue a time-out until the Girls can make amends and make squid meat out of the giant, Him-controlled Octi.

Mojo Jojo creates the perfect plan to destroying The Powerpuff Girls ever, but because of an open window in his home Mojo's plan's fall into the Amoeba Boys' hands.

After stealing a tangerine (orange) and watching it split up into different pieces the Amoeba Boys learn how to multiply and make duplicates of themselves.

The Powerpuff Girls hate roaches. Roach Coach uses this to his advantage to take over Townsville. Can the Powerpuff Girls overcome their fear of roaches?
