A bizarre battle between Luffy and Kizaru heats up. Meanwhile, in the Fabiriophase, Bonney is all alone and being chased by the Navy soldiers. Dr. Vegapunk sees this and can’t help but leave the Labophase to rescue her, risking his life.

Vegapunk successfully wrests back the Pacifistas from the Navy, but another party soon gains control of them. At the same time, Luffy, Zoro, and the others sense an unearthly presence just as a pentagram suddenly appears on Egghead.

Bonney gets captured by St. Saturn, whose enigmatic power keeps Sanji and Franky from saving her. In St. Saturn's clenched fist, she recalls the memories of her father, Kuma. 47 years ago, Kuma was born to a father of a race on the verge of extinction.

Kuma and Ginny live peacefully in the Sorbet Kingdom eight years after the God Valley Incident. However, their new king initiates a policy of enslaving the poor. Kuma tries to free those who were captured but ends up being imprisoned himself. But a familiar face comes to rescue him.

Two years after Ginny’s abduction, the Revolutionary Army suddenly receives a call from her.

By fighting off King Bekori who is supported by the World Government, Kuma is put on the wanted list and decides to travel around the world in search of a cure for Bonney's disease. He reunites with Dragon and learns about the Government’s eccentric scientist who might be able to cure Bonney.

Taking advantage of Kuma’s love for his daughter Bonney, the World Government imposes three harsh conditions on him in exchange for her treatment. Kuma agrees to them and Bonney’s treatment starts at Laboratory 8 in tandem with the clone development with which Kuma agrees to cooperate.

Bonney has been waiting for a letter from her father Kuma who promised to write to her. But with no letters in sight, she turns nine and one day realizes her disease is cured. She then decides to go out to sea to search for her father.

The present day on Egghead, Bonney is caught in St. Saturn’s grasp, knowing he is responsible for her father’s transformation into a cyborg. However, Saturn reveals an even more shocking truth that throws Bonney into despair.

Anguished cries echo across the battlefield in the wake of Ace’s tragic death. Luffy – paralyzed by grief – must be carried to safety, but Whitebeard summons the strength for one last ferocious attack!

Oden and the Roger Pirates head for the Land of Wano to obtain a copy of the Road Ponegliff. Oden sees Kin’emon and the others for the first time in years, but he immediately returns to the sea leaving his wife and children behind. Then, after stopping by at the Mokomo Dukedom and getting a copy of the last Road Ponegliff, the Roger Pirates finally make it to the last island.

Avalo Pizarro, who merged with the Pirate Island, reaches his giant hand to crush the Navy ship with many soldiers and civilians on board. The wounded Garp gives orders to Koby, Helmeppo, and Prince Grus, and delivers a powerful blow to save the ship.

n eerie silence falls over the battlefield as Luffy and Ace share a heartbreaking final moment together. With his dying breath, Ace begs his brother to convey a message to his fellow pirates.

Luffy finally catches up with Sanji! However, as a happy past plays before his eyes in which he, Sanji, and the crew deepened their bonds, a new page is turning in the history of the Straw Hats - and Sanji's journey with the crew looks to be coming to an end!

Whitebeard’s children watch in horror as the old man faces off against the villainous Blackbeard pirates. Though his injuries are mounting and the odds are stacked against him, Whitebeard never, ever runs away from a fight!

Sabo, the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army, contacts Koala and everyone in Kamabakka Queendom. He explains to them about the things that he is accused of, but someone who was eavesdropping on the call takes a stunning action.

When a marine officer under Arlong's pay confiscates all the money Nami stole over the years, in order to one day buy the village from Arlong, the villagers decide that enough is enough and fight back, despite Nami's pleads that they do not and that they'd all be killed. Upon seeing Nami's sorrow, the Straw Hats head for Arlong Park.

Despite Whitebeard’s order to retreat, Ace is drawn back to the battlefield by the cruel taunts of a Marine adversary. Luffy watches in horror as his brother makes what could be his last stand!
