    KI, a new CID, is reluctant to go with the stream. His supervisor, LUI KING, sets him up and sends him to negotiate with a kidnapper. Unexpectedly, KI makes the kidnappers surrender with his passion. Inspector, LOK KUNG, assigns KI to investigate the female gallant, BLACK ROSE, so that KING could not torture him anymore. KI meets his childhood friends, TSE SZE (TSE YUEN). KI sings in the disguise of a famous singer, CHING SHUI, for SZE`s sake. This fraud involves KI into trouble. His home is burnt. SZE is set free . FONG accompanies SZE to see the doctor. She misunderstands that SZE has suffered from a fatal disease. SZE takes the chance to cheat FONG money.
