Five beauticians take up the challenge, people who spend their lives behind a mask of make up, concealing the cracks in their confidence.

Will Maria discover that, after spending a fortune on cosmetic surgery, feeling confident about how you look must come from within? Will 39-year-old muslim Samir, who is struggling to find himself, finally gain the confidence to tell his parents he's gay, and will all five find the courage and the confidence to shed their clothes and become nude life models for the day?

Beauticians

Five female estate agents must address a live audience and reveal their most intimate fears, jump from a 200ft bungee and confront loved ones to heal rifts from the past, before taking on the most dramatic challenge of all - to walk down a catwalk naked.

Estate Agents

Five office workers spend four days gaining the confidence to undergo a naked photo shoot.

Five cabbies, who have never spoken about their emotions to anyone, open up and admit just how much their lack of self confidence is ruining their lives. Emma and Jonathan have just four days to get them to believe in themselves enough to perform The Full Monty.

A group of professionals take a series of challenges designed to help their self-esteem.
