Mark Chapman presents highlights of the day's two Premier League matches, in which Sunderland host Tottenham and Leicester face Aston Villa in a Midlands derby. Sunderland will hope to put their early-season struggles behind them when they face Spurs at the Stadium of Light. Last season the Black Cats managed to rescue a point at home to Mauricio Pochettino's side after a late own goal from Harry Kane earned them a 2-2 draw. Leicester started the season in impressive form and will hope they can beat their Midlands rivals at home for the second successive season. Since that 1-0 victory in January, Claudio Ranieri has replaced Nigel Pearson as the Foxes' manager, while Tim Sherwood has taken over the Villa hot seat from Paul Lambert. There's also a chance to see all the goals and major incidents from Saturday's games.

However, Louis van Gaal's side face a tough task against a talented Swansea side who beat them at home and away last season. MOTD2 - 25th October 2015

Highlights from the day's two Premier League matches, along with all the goals from Saturday's games. The fixtures included a much-anticipated south coast derby between Southampton and Bournemouth. The teams have never met in the top tier of English football, and will be playing each other for the first time since the 2010-11 season, when Saints beat the Cherries twice in League One, having also knocked them out of the League Cup. The day's other game saw struggling Sunderland visit Everton. The Black Cats won 2-0 at Goodison Park in May, a victory which dragged them out of the relegation zone. With another survival battle already seeming likely, they will be hoping for a similar result.

MOTD2 - 6th December 2015

Mark Chapman presents highlights of the day's three Premier League matches - Aston Villa against Arsenal, Tottenham versus Newcastle and Liverpool's game with West Brom. Villa and Arsenal met in last season's FA Cup final, with the Gunners running out emphatic 4-0 winners at Wembley. But Villa now have a new manager - Frenchman Remi Garde. However, Watford did win 1-0 on their first Premier League visit to Anfield, back in 1999, when Tommy Mooney's goal gave them a shock win. In the day's late kick-off, West Ham make the journey to south Wales to take on Swansea City. The Hammers have been unbeaten in the last five meetings between the sides and have looked an impressive outfit under new manager Slaven Bilic. So the Swans will need to show some of the fighting qualities that earned them a 1-1 draw in the corresponding fixture last season.

MOTD2 - 21st December 2015

Mark Chapman introduces highlights from the day's two Premier League games. In the lunchtime kick-off there's a London derby between Crystal Palace and Chelsea at Selhurst Park. The Eagles stunned Chelsea earlier this season with Joel Ward's late winner earning them their first victory at Stamford Bridge since 1982. However, Jose Mourinho's side won this fixture last season and the champions are keen to start the year with three points. In the day's late game, Tottenham make the journey to Merseyside to take on Everton. Spurs are unbeaten in six meetings with the Toffees and Harry Kane scored the winner when the teams met in this fixture on the final day of last season. Mark Chapman introduces highlights of Liverpool's clash with Manchester United and Arsenal's trip to Stoke. The meeting at Anfield between England's two most successful clubs is the latest in a fixture dating back more than 120 years. Manchester United have won the last three, including a 3-1 victory in September which was memorable for Christian Benteke's overhead kick and a stunning debut goal by Anthony Martial. Title hopefuls Arsenal have traditionally struggled at Stoke, only winning once in seven attempts in the Premier League. Stoke have already beaten Chelsea and Manchester City at the Britannia this season to underline their top-10 credentials.

MOTD2 - 17th January 2016

Mark Chapman presents highlights of Sunday's Premier League matches, with Arsenal hosting Chelsea and Swansea City travelling to Everton. Chelsea beat Arsenal 2-0 in September, but that win has proved a rare bright spot in a disappointing season for the Blues, whose poor league form eventually cost manager Jose Mourinho his job. Things have gone more smoothly for long-serving Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, with the outstanding form of midfield playmaker Mesut Ozil helping the Gunners reach the new year top of the table - and hopeful of a first league title since 2004. Everton will also be hopeful of a strong end to the season, with the attacking talents of Romelu Lukaku, Gerard Deulofeu and Ross Barkley giving them a real cutting edge. However, the Toffees have lacked consistency and will be keen to capitalise against a Swansea side who have faded after a good start to the campaign. There is also a chance to see all the goals and major incidents from Saturday's games.

MOTD2 - 24th January 2016

The Cherries have exceeded expectations in their first-ever season in the top flight, yet still desperately need points in their battle to avoid the drop. Arsene Wenger's team began the year top of the table but there is a lot of work to be done before they can claim a first Premier League title for more than a decade. Manchester United entertain Arsenal at Old Trafford, looking to bounce back from the 3-0 defeat they suffered at the hands of the Gunners in October's reverse fixture. High-flying Tottenham face struggling Swansea in the day's other match, with both sides needing points to help them fulfil their ambitions at either end of the table.

MOTD2 - 28th February 2016

Mark Chapman introduces highlights of the day's two Premier League fixtures, with Crystal Palace hosting Liverpool and West Brom at home to Manchester United. Palace's hopes of qualifying for European competition have nosedived since Christmas, but they could take confidence from a run of three successive league wins against an inconsistent Liverpool ahead of their latest meeting. Manchester United have not lost to West Brom at the Hawthorns since 1984, but an end to that unbeaten run would be a considerable setback in their pursuit of Champions League qualification - and to Louis van Gaal's already fragile position as United's manager.

MOTD2 - 6th March 2016

Mark Chapman presents highlights of today's Premier League game between Aston Villa and Tottenham. Relegation-threatened Villa face a tough task against in-form Spurs, who have emerged as surprise title challengers this season. Sunderland have won a historic six successive matches against the Magpies, including three famous wins at St James' Park. Later, Manchester City take on cross-city rivals Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium. When they met earlier in the season in what was the 170th meeting between the sides, they played out a dire 0-0 draw. Plus highlights from Tottenham v Bournemouth and Southampton's match with Liverpool, and all the goals and major incidents from Saturday's games.

MOTD2 - 20th March 2016

Mark Chapman presents highlights from today's two Premier League matches and all the goals from yesterday's games. Leicester play Southampton, having fought back from 2-0 down to earn a point in the reverse fixture at St Mary's in October, a display which encapsulated their never-say-die approach that has put them firmly among the title contenders this season. In contrast, it has not been a vintage campaign by Manchester United's usual high standards. This afternoon the Reds host Everton, who have also underachieved so far this season. This fixture has thrown up some classic contests over the years, none more so that four years ago when the sides shared a 4-4 draw at Old Trafford.

Gabby Logan presents highlights from the day's three Premier League matches and all the goals from Saturday's games on a potentially crucial day in the battle for the title, with Tottenham and Leicester City both in action. Title rivals Spurs, meanwhile, welcome Manchester United to White Hart Lane while Liverpool host Stoke.

MOTD2 - 10th April 2016

Mark Chapman introduces highlights from Sunday's three Premier League fixtures, along with all the goals from Saturday's games. Title-chasing Leicester have been the surprise package of the season, but Slaven Bilic's West Ham have also impressed. The two sides met at the King Power Stadium with the hosts looking to complete a league double over the Hammers following their 2-1 away win in just the second game of their remarkable season. Arsenal hosted Crystal Palace, a fixture the Gunners have dominated during the Premier League era, having won 10 of 13 encounters. The day's other game saw Bournemouth play Liverpool with the Cherries seeking their first ever win over the Reds in either league or cup.

MOTD2 - 17th April 2016

Jason Mohammad introduces highlights from the day's Premier League fixtures, headlined by the latest chapter in Leicester City's fairytale season as they continue their title pursuit against Swansea at the King Power Stadium. The Foxes haven't lost at home in this fixture since 1950 and won 3-0 in south Wales earlier this season courtesy of a Riyad Mahrez hat-trick. Arsenal's title hopes are seemingly remote, but they are still pushing for a 20th consecutive top-four finish and can ill-afford to slip up against struggling Sunderland, who have only won this fixture once in 15 years. Like Arsenal, Manchester City are looking to secure Champions League qualification, and they face a Stoke side vying for their highest Premier League finish.

Leicester's remarkable form this season has seen them mount an unexpected title challenge. The Foxes have already claimed stunning wins against Manchester City, Tottenham, Liverpool and Chelsea this term, so they will fancy their chances of securing a first win away to the Red Devils since 1998. Manchester City make the long journey south to face a Southampton side who will be hoping to secure a top-half finish for a third year in a row. City were champions in 2012 and 2014 but have been too inconsistent this season to challenge for a third Premier League title. Nonetheless, outgoing Manuel Pellegrini will hope to guide his side to a top-four spot before handing over the managerial reins to Pep Guardiola in the summer.
