It's my duty to protect and raise you until adult.

I wouldn't trade you for anything in the world.

What's going on there?

You must compensate us.

Grandma, Dad must have found out.

Without that money, I'm dead!

You were the same when you were my age.

Did you go somewhere with President Dong?

I'm guessing you want to erase every trace of Mom.

What's the matter with me?

She holds her grandfather dear.

Will you just stare at it?

That's right. Ok Mirae. I have you.

It's only natural to miss your birth parents.

It's late. I have to work tomorrow.

What will happen if they find out?

I'd like to rent my place.

Suji, these were made by Mirae, not you?

Please give me time to come up with a plan.

Why? Is there a problem, Gangsan?

It's none of your business

Why are you flirting with my brother-in-law?

What? My mom is?

I'm seriously completely fine now.

She will find some solace, Gangsan.

I will never give up Ok Mirae.

Why isn't Juhyeok here yet?

No, It's fine, I'll take it.

Mother really said that..?

What...? Divorce...?

Could it be because I'm an adoptee?

Mirae, Can we talk later?

Did you put a tail on me?!

Then did you lie to me..?

Your Dad will soon have a new girlfriend.

I should rip this up for Seonju's sake..

You said you wanted to dance your sorrows away.

Why would he remarry, Ms. Choi?

Hey, Just take this money.

Is what Grandpa said really true..?

Gangsan...What are you doing here?

Mirae, Please wake up!

This is quite a clever move.

Juhyeok, Can you hear me..?

Who are you? Do you know Juhyeok..?

Don't comfort me, Gangsan.

Whoa, Slippery!

Horang, why are you beating about the bush?

She's picking a fight to extort money from us!

How shameless are you to ask for forgiveness?

Liar. You're out with your mother-in-law-to-be.

Are you insane, Horang?!

If you don't let up, I'll call the police.

Is your father a gigolo?

I'll feel too bad and ashamed to face you.

You just said you had feelings for my dad.

Mr. Geum, You've been warned.

You're trying to bribe me to seduce my dad.

I'm not interested in you either, so knock it off.

He is desperately waiting for my daughter!

Why were you waiting out here..?

Jandi finally crossed the line...

Haven't we met?

Oh? You have a piece of styrofoam on your hair.

Mirae, Are you okay?

Come on! We must leave now.

What are you doing? Please stop..!

Please give a round of applause for Mr. Geum!

Mirae, Are you defending Mr. Geum?

Oh! Mr. Geum, I'll help you!

How did you know where I was?

Please help me find my wife...

No! Don't touch me.

Otherwise, I can make you disappear, Ms. Cha.

Cheers to your beautiful eyes.

Pardon? You know Seonju?

You know something about my wife?

Bye, Mom.

Enough, It's revolting.

I can't marry him. I don't love Juhyeok anymore.

I told you to stay away from my fiancée!

Jandi used to do this for me.

You are disrespectful to Ms. Ok.

I don't want him to ruin his life because of me.

Mirae, don't you know that he's an ex-con?

Why on earth did he show up?

Go to your ex-con birth father right away.

Dad.... Don't go this time.

You know well what a great person your father is.

I do have feelings for you, Gangsan.

I won't let go of you either.

Who is that woman with him?

Who was it that you can't say?

Aren't you too little to be thieving?

Isn't that your son-in-law?

Yes. It definitely won't be easy with Gangsan.

I don't think I can live without him.

I will never let you be with my daughter!

We'll see if you can defend that love.

I must have startled you.

A work about the delightful and heartbreaking story of a family growing up while raising a child, centering on a single dad Geum Kang San and adopted child Ok Mi Rae who is the apple of his eye.
