91-year-old Cyril is airlifted to hospital after a car crash which required him to be cut from his car. Caroline arrives at St Georges with chest pains. Roman, 5, has a pencil lead stuck in his ear.

Lawrence, 26, has been thrown 15 feet after being hit by a car while crossing the road. 53-year-old Katrina is having difficulty breathing and experiencing chest pains. Angela, who is 63, has been attacked by one of her cats as she shouted at a fox in her garden.

A 78-year-old former nurse arrives in St George's after becoming dizzy at her sewing class, and doctors worry she has had a stroke. 18-year-old Rosa is treated after falling off her bike on the way home from a night out with friends.

51-year-old builder Rod is rushed into A&E after falling 18 feet from scaffolding onto concrete. John, who is 86, is brought to St Georges with a head injury after falling off a wall. Cyclist Mack, 19, requires specialist help for a dislocated shoulder, after he collided with a Porsche.

74-year-old Derek is brought into A&E after suffering a suspected stroke. 31-year-old fireman Glenn arrives with a suspected abscess in his throat. Paula, 84, has a dangerously high level of potassium in her blood.

3-year-old Louie is airlifted to St George's after being run over by a car while playing outside. Josh, 14, has broken his ankle falling off the handlebars of the BMX his dad was riding. Sam, who is 41, arrives in resus with multiple injuries after losing control of her car and crashing into a tree.

A 79-year-old woman is brought in with signs of a stroke, and neurologist Dr Mahinda opts for a treatment that only has a slim chance of success. David, who is 77 and has type 1 diabetes, has an infection in his toes, and doctors consider amputating his foot to stop it spreading. Yvette's false eyelashes leave her with abrasions to her eyes.

Altered States

52-year-old John is airlifted to St George's after being accidentally hit in the face by a golf club and receiving a critical head injury. Joan, 77,  arrives in A&E after falling down the stairs at home and hurting her leg. Siobhan, who is 28, has cut her finger chopping vegetables.

Maura, 85, is rushed into St George's after being found face down on her bedroom floor. Mimi, who is 23 and a chef, is treated after cutting her thumb while chopping peppers at home. 37-year-old doctor Jim arrives in A&E after a collision with a van while he was cycling to work.

81-year-old cyclist Bill is brought to St George's from Surrey after being hit by a car. Amy, 93, arrives in A&E with her friend after a clothes airer fell on top of her while she was hanging out the washing. Samuel, who is 78, has hurt his face after tripping over some boxes while shopping.

Charulata, 59, is rushed to A&E after collapsing at home with signs of a stroke. 75-year-old Anne comes to St George's after falling and hurting her elbow on holiday. Luke, who is 28 and has epilepsy, arrives after cutting his finger at work, and he is worried it may trigger a seizure.

77-year-old Martin is rushed to St George's after suffering multiple seizures. Lilly, 6, has cut her head after falling off her scooter. Harry, who is 83, arrives with shortness of breath and chest pains after collapsing while shopping.
