Chateau Meiland has been on Dutch television since 2019. The Meiland family's adventure started when they bought a castle in France where they ran a bed and breakfast. The family has now been living in the Netherlands for a number of years, where the recordings of the reality series continue unabated.

In Amsterdam (GVB) and Rotterdam (RET) we see how they act against black-wheelers, youngsters, tramps and nuisance in for example the bus, tram or metro. Finally, we also look at the ProRail employees. They check at level crossings and rely on reports from rail runners or other calamities on and around the track.

A successful vascular surgeon is suddenly confronted with a blood phobia, making it impossible for him to exercise his job in the hospital. He moves from the capital to the countryside to work as the GP of a village where he only knows his aunt. His predecessor was well liked, so his new community is less than welcoming. The empathic capabilities of the doctor leaves much to be desired, making it even harder for him to win his place in the close-knit community.
